Phone calls. When you call our number (0730 731 355), we collect your phone number and the content of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes; where recording is active, you will hear a notice before the call connects.

Callback requests. When you submit the callback form, we collect the name and phone number you provide, together with the page you submitted it from, so we can call you back about the right plots.

Website analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, keep records of our conversations, and improve our service. We share your details with a seller or their advocate only as needed to progress a purchase you have asked about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Storage and retention

Enquiry records and call recordings are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legitimate record-keeping, after which they are deleted. Access is limited to people who need it to serve your enquiry.

Your rights
