What to have ready when you call
A five-minute call goes a lot further when you know two things: roughly what you want to spend, and what you want to do with the land. Those two answers point straight to the right areas. A rental-income plan leans toward the EPZ side and Yukos, an owner-occupier home toward Milimani, Acacia or Chuna, and a long land-banking hold toward Kimalat, Kisaju and Empakasi. You do not need to have it all worked out, and part of the job is helping you weigh the options, but a budget and a purpose let us shortlist real plots instead of talking in circles.
It also helps to be honest about your timeline and how you intend to pay. Buying with cash now is a different search from buying on a 12 or 24 month plan, or waiting on a sacco loan, and each suits different plots and sellers. Tell us up front and we will only show you plots that fit how and when you can actually buy.
What happens after you get in touch
We talk through your budget and plan, then shortlist plots that match and set up a site visit. Visits are free and run Monday to Saturday, and we meet you either in Kitengela town or at the plot itself. On site we walk the boundaries with you, point out the beacons, and are straight about the access road, the water and power situation and the title status, including the parts that are less convenient to mention. Nothing is reserved with a deposit before you have seen it, and no one is pushed into a same-day decision.
When you find a plot you want, we help you run the checks that protect your money before anything is paid: the official Ardhisasa search, the seller matched to the title, a surveyor confirming the beacons, and your advocate on the sale agreement and transfer. We stay involved until the title is registered in your name.
